BENNER PARK LAND ASSEMBLY
Toronto-based developer DiamondCorp has submitted plans for a 40 and 38-storey residential development that could replace seven single-family homes in Yorkdale-Glen Park with more than 900 condominium units.
Designed by TACT Architecture, the project features an elegant podium with large arched windows at grade and two slender towers rising above. At ground level, two residential lobbies will sit beside a shared indoor and outdoor amenity space. In total, 36,844 sq. ft of amenities will be distributed across levels one, two, and six.
The proposal includes 966 units: 715 one-bedroom, 161 two-bedroom, and 90 three-bedroom suites, with additional townhomes planned on the mezzanine level. Residents will also have access to 229 underground parking spaces across three levels, plus 655 bicycle parking spaces. The development aims to intensify the corridor while delivering a strong mix of housing options for residents.
